Chevron made a CI-4 Delo 400 which was highly rated but its current CJ-4 rated Delo 400 LE is one of the lowest rated diesel motor oils you can buy and sells for 30% more than a number of top rated oils like Cummins/Valvoline Premium Blue and Pennsoil Long Life. Both these oils have tested higher than Amnsoil which cost 2-3 times as much.
Where do you come up with this stuff? :R
Rotella, Delo, and Supertech; you can throw a blanket over all three they are so close in performance and makeup.
I haven't personally seen the makeup of Premium Blue but I suspect it's also close in makeup and performance.
