What brands hold up better?

It's a total crapshoot. All brands produce lemons and gems. If you want to stay away from all those chemicals used in new construction, buy an old one like we did, all the chemical smells are gone. We have a 1985 Wilderness 22' that is almost pristine and is built way better than new ones (we know this as we've had several new RV's over the years). It's lightweight and has an aerodynamic front end. The TT and its components are all made in the USA or Canada. Certainly is green to recycle these old ones. (btw-our tow vehicle is almost 50 years old).
