So very true.....maintenance is the key.

My experience is that the trailer that is under a carport , or shed , or in a garage probably has 1.5 times the longevity.
Outside the heating expansion during the day and cooling contraction at night accelerates the weathertightness at the joints.
Plus fading and tire "cracking" are reduced big time .
If you are handy the best TT is the one you bought new a decade ago .
Lots of modifications to suit your usage.
