What can I safely pull with my 2011 2500HD 6.0L GMC?

Yes from the chart your limited to 9300 lbs or so with the 3:73. ( Took the lower of the ratings for that gear ratio)

And with that toy hauler fully loaded is around 7500 Lbs. IMO for a nice tow I would not go higher then that. ( Although we dont know what your putting in the toy hauler, cause its 5000 lbs dry)
