Lets see, I started at the roof cleaned every seam, vent, end cap and protrusion through the roof. Resealed those with eternabond and caulk those that required it. Worked own each side front and back cleaned every seam and window and resealed all those, including around the door and every access door. Pulled the heater out cleaned all the mud dobberes out of that. Did the same with water heater, cleaned out the refrigerator vent area. Made screens and installed them to keep dobbers out of those places mentioned. I washed the whole trailer with a hand spray bottle and wet rags. We have water restrictions in place cant wash your car at home. So found a way round that, waxed it. Welded new battery trays on the tongue. Re painted the tongue and back bumper. Repacked all 4 wheel bearings and replaced seals, and 4 new tires...Which brand I wont mention to keep from starting a war. And made a pvc sewer hose storage under the trailer. Been a busy 2 weeks but well worth all the trouble.
