- Glendale_290ExplorerJust bought a new Anode Rod for the Hot Water heater and Spring start up and a sewer hose extension.....just waiting for the snow to melt!
Lou - Amy703ExplorerWe bought a new power jack. I can't wait for spring!
- tomman58ExplorerWe have a 2012 fks322 Jayco TT. It came with the advertised "deluxe pillow top mattress. I Should also say we had a 2008 of this trailer without a pillowtop deluxe mattress.
Whew! Today we spent about 900 bucks for a King Daydream II firm mattress.
We spent out first week of really really good sleep.
We live in our trailer about 4 1/2 months a year.
Lesson learned, once your reach your 60+ years do the right thing and get something t sleep on. We love Jayco and their trailers BUT (as thee salesguy said} you buy a great trailer and they give you a bag of straw to sleep on.
If you are like us..... spend the money and have your custom mattress replaced with a real custom mattress!!!!!! - limberyExplorerJframpey, that looks like both very good jobs....please come over and do the same to my TT....will supply copious amounts of your beverage of choice
- Captain_ObviousExplorerI just bought a 160w portable solar panel kit.
Now it just needs to warm up so I can try them out. And go camping of course. - JframpeyExplorerJust bought this trailer new in January... Been hunkered down waiting on winter to end. Finally pulled the trailer out of storage for a few days to make a few mods.

Lippert replaced the lightweight axles Heartland installs on these NorthTrail units. The axles bent destroying all 4 tires. To save money HL used axles that were too lightwight for a 28' TT. We replaced all four ruined tires. HL refused any responsibility. THANK YOU LIPPERT!

Friday night...I took DS to our local state park for 1 night. Weather was gorgeous.
Yesterday afternoon...I washed a little over half the trailer, and I adjusted the fridge electrode so it will self-light.
Do you have a link or pic of this? Sounds perfect - we are moving into seasonal site and no sheds allowed either. - KittykathExplorer II

We just found a Rubbermaid utility shed which fits perfectly on our bumper rack without blocking the back window. No more fighting the lawn chairs in and out of the basement storage area. I like to put everything away before we leave, and this will make it super convenient.
No, we don't travel with such a thing, because we don't travel. Sheds are not allowed on our seasonal site, but this is.
Do you have a pic or link for that?
Thanks.
I'm a little link-illiterate, and I don't know the exact model the DH bought but you can Google "deck box" to find similar items. - markandkimExplorer II
