No one is judging anyone about towing with a DRW or SRW 3500, don't recollect anyone cutting on anyone, but the OP is asking about what to tow a "bigger 5er" with..Most recommend dually for heavier 5er's......

I would say, as we've done here before, that people who have towed the same 5er with both a SRW truck and DRW truck, that the majority will tell you "there IS a difference", not a "sense" of difference, but actually a real world difference. I don't know where you tow, but all my towing is in the mountains of WV, TN, NC, SC and VA, and some of that is on steep, winding, mountainous secondary roads, and there IS a difference in how a dually gives one more stability when towing in that type of terrain. I know this from pure experience..definitely not just a "sense", though if you want to go that route, it's for sure I sense a more stable towing experience with with the dually over the SRW...
I think if one looks back at the original OP, most stated that today's NEW(er), 350/3500 SRW trucks will handle the 5er OP is looking at
