What do you use as the "length of your travel trailer"?

So I've noticed that a lot of manufacturers use their model number as an indication of length which is normally different than what's in the TT specifications of "length". Example: The Jayco Jay FLig...

I generally use the length, bumper to end of hitch. I use this number because that's what I have to pull behind my TV. My wife will say it's 21 feet since that roughly the length of the box we live in.
