What type of utility trailer do you have? As mentioned, most 4x8 trailers with the small wheels won't carry much. With a good 5x8 trailer capable of 3,000#, you would be good to go.
That kind of looks like a home made camper. Back in the 70s kits for them were common. Regardless, it depends on the options as to it's weight. But worst case, I would figure about 3,000#. That is what our 1970 11' Franklin weighed which was a bit bigger.
The two jack style campers are very scary to load since they are balanced when on the jacks.
Another issue you will probably run into with the Ford is the higher cab unless it's the older style with the lower cab.
As far as getting it high enough to go in the truck, you could place some wood blocks under the jacks before taking the weight off since it is on the pallets. But only try this if you KNOW what you are doing.
Unless you are looking for an old relic to restore and preserve, probably not worth it.
