What does length mean?
Sorry, I have spent significant time reading online and still haven't found this answer. If a TC is 11'6" or whatever length, what, exactly, does that mean? What is that length?

Yes, campers are generally classified by floor length, meaning the part you walk on. The cabover bed does not count in this because you can't walk up there.
