What generator to buy.

My DW and I seldom used our DP without hookups, but I plan to use a 20' plus or minus TT for 2-3 day Dry camping trips and wonder what generator is best to purchase to run the A/C, TV, Microwave, etc. Mostly the A/C and TV would be running at the same time.

    I would suggest 3500 watts to run an AC. Invertor is more expensive and quieter. I like my Champion 3500 (non invertor), but wouldn't use it in a park with neighbors. Champion makes a quieter invertor, but Honda and Yamaha are the gold standard for quiet invertors. For what its worth, I saw a Yamaha 2000 watt for $499 at Costco today. 2 of those with a parallel cord should be enough for your AC.
