He MEANT to say his donor class, the truck companies. Because the answer to shipping a lot of goods is train, but trains dont have well healed lobbyists and donors.
When was the last time a train delivered to your grocery store, retail store of any kind, gas station etc.?
Trains move a huge majority of goods...but there can only go where there are tracks..then it's trucks.
And drones just aren't going to replace them
