Some people have had no problem getting service at a dealer they did not buy from. Some have had problems. Why not go direct to the source, the local dealer service manager, explain you really want to buy a Jayco but that dealer can't get one in a reasonable time, and will he be willing to provide warranty work and future non-warranty work on your TT if you buy elsewhere?
