This is a perfect post to show those who ask about buying local or getting a better deal out of state! I bought out of state and had to consider buying local just for the convenience of service. I'm very happy with my decision and thanks to the OP, validated too. OP, sorry for your problems. I would be having a sit-down meeting with the service manager soon.
