Going on 3 months waiting for a replacement window screen. One of them was ripped when we took possession of the TT, which - though last year's model - is brand new. Apparently the manufacturer just isn't getting around to shipping it. Duct tape'll do for a while, I guess.
It wouldn't do for me. I would be on the phone starting with Keystone to see if it has even been ordered and if it has, I would be on the phone every day with the service manager asking about the status and with the GM of the dealership asking him just how much he wants to sell me that next trailer. If it has not been ordered, someone would really be scratching for a good reason. There's no excuse for poor customer service, not even a heavy workload, and I seriously doubt that any dealer is 3 months out on repairs. If they were, and I were the GM, I would be asking why. But then, I care about my customers and repeat business.. Many do not. Keystone and many of their dealers seem to be quite comfortable with the "first time, one time" segment of the RV market.
