What is the max length travel trailer you think is practical

Assumptions - you have a big enough truck to pull it. you want to get it into state parks you want to get into national parks you would feel comfortable ...

I thought 20' to 24' would be ideal. My wife felt 42' would be ideal. Guess which one we have.....you are correct 42'.
