You're kidding yourself if you think you're not paying for credit card fraud. Who do you think pays? The credit card companies aren't losing that money. They're like any other corporation and passing costs onto consumers like you. For one thing, it's part of the difference between the cash and credit price at the gas station that's inconveniencing you. :)
