It's not the CC company that is denying or limiting the charge amount, it is the station. That is why some stations are $100, some are $75, and some are $125. And some are none. How would that equate to the CC company watching how much you charge?

It really serves no purpose for the person buying the fuel, it only pays lip service to the problem that the stations think they have.
