As mentioned the market for bigger water tanks is less important that the market for the added gizmos that the public wants filling the same weight and space.
We typically haul 25 to 30 gallons because the CG water can be an issue. On our last three week adventure we choose our water over the CG water twice out of about 8 CGs across Michigan's UP
If a significant portion of the TT population were boonedockers the market would respond. Todays market has turned to the younger set with small kids that want pools, playground and other kid friendly amenities.
If the Government really wanted to do the public a service, they would require the manufacturers to list the expected the max tongue weight, based on the TT gross vehicle weight.
