I have a 2013 KZ 280BHSS. Been on a seasonal site for 2 years now. Only problems were the circuit breaker on the frame, behind the battery, was poorly placed/designed and rusted out. Now, I'm having a water leak issue. In heavy rain, I get a small puddle in the bedroom against the wall. Having trouble tracing origin. Had one of the stabilizer jacks back itself all the way out. They shipped a new one, no charge. I installed myself as it was easier than pulling from the site.
Minor issues such as poor design for arm rest on the couch. Longer screw fixed that. Bathroom faucet screen was not tightened and leaked through fixture into cabinet. Simple "tighten it" job fixed that issue.
Love the camper. Family stays in it full-time for 3 months of the summer.
All my research prior to buying was very positive for the KZ brand!
