What isn't included with new trailer
Looking at buying a new TT and in order to budget for what I need to buy after the purchase, I would appreciate your input on what items you would think is included but isn't when you go to pick it up...

my new TT came with a spare tire, a battery, and a 20lb propane tank. Also a 30' power cord. I had the dealer install a weight distribution hitch and brake controller.
