What kind of trailer plug is this?

My new Silverado doesn't have the standard 4 pin plug. Instead, it has this type of plug above the 7 pin plug. I've never seen this before. Do I need some sort of adapter to tow a trailer that has a standard 4 pin flat plug?

Yup. Coax for trailer cameras. One for the back, one for inside.

7-way to 4-way adapters are available at every parts store, and many big box stores, and are under $10.

Looks like a plug for a trailer camera.
