When I looked at the video at real speed it first looked to me like an older hardside with one of those wrap around windows on the front bunk similar to older S&S campers (if you squint on the image you might envision what I first interpreted.)
I can add this to the sleuthing, ...most likely it is not a Nortstar:
Assuming that the image is not mirrored and we are in fact looking at the driver's side then that would make the wall that is seen the kitchen side on most NS campers... the window shown is very wide and it would take up too much wall space for components. Most windows on NS kitchen sides are generally square-ish.
If, for some reason this image in the video is mirrored and we are looking at the passenger side then the widow seen could fit over the dinette area; dinettes on NS are almost always on the passenger side. I will assume the image is not mirrored.
But... the primary reason for it not being a Norsthstar it the color of the fabric: it is gray instead of white.
