Since you've been a MHer for a while, you know all the ins/outs of RVing, and what you pack in a TT is very much the same what you pack in a TT in terms of cooking, etc.
If you plan on any dry camping, TTs only come with one house battery, you will want to add a second and ideally convert them to a pair of 6v batteries, with some solar on the roof to keep the batteries charged. Fresh/gray/black tanks tend to be smaller on TTs than in large MHs so plan accordingly if you dry camp.
Dutch already made the point about slides...another often overlooked issued what the actual weight of the camper will be when packed to travel. Typical TT campers pack 1000 lbs of stuff when packing "light" and that that can easily become 1500 lbs if you "like to be prepared" or have a family with 2+ kids coming along. Our TT was 6900 lbs delivered, and scales at around 8500 lbs without water. The biggest oversight is underestimating how much the trailer will weigh and not having a stout enough tow vehicle to pull it safely.
Many folks shop by the "tow rating" on a truck or SUV, but in reality its the GVWR that is the limiting factor. Specs on your TT say it weighs almost 7000 lbs dry, so it will likely weigh 8000 lbs packed and ready to go. If you estimate 13% on the tongue, then the tow vehicle must carry 1040+ lbs on the hitch. The key is to get your vehicle weighed with passengers, cargo, and fuel and see if you have 1040 lbs of cargo carrying capacity left over. Generally you want a 250/2500 something for a TT this size.
