I use the wedge chocks as a initial stop, then pull out the BAL X-chocks, all this before I detach the truck from the TT.
A good, high torque cordless drill and an electric jack will make short work of a relatively slow issue. Don't forget a decent bubble level and blocks, because if the fridge isn't level, you will have problems.
I also have sand pads (i.e. 2x6s) for the tongue jack and stab jacks. This keeps them from sinking down.
As for the checklist, it is a must. If distracted, start from the beginning and work forward. There is just too much to lose if a jack isn't raised or a vent fan cap is left up.
