Congrats on the new rig!!!
Because of the generator and second battery, I would probably go with the 1200lb bars myself. A dry tw of 645lbs, plus ~120lbs for 2-20lb tanks and a battery, or ~160lbs for 2-30lb tanks and a battery, plus ~200lbs (generator and second battery) you are basically at about 1000lbs tw before loading any of the rest of your stuff (clothes, bedding, camp chairs, etc...) up. Especially if you have a cent pass through as that can get loaded up real quick, putting the majority of the weight on the tongue.
