You are asking to accommodate A LOT for a 8-9 person family. Do you want your family to be safe on the road while you are RV travelling? I am going to assume yes. If so, sacrifices will need to be made as there are not a lot of options open for you. If two vehicles are not an option, then I would suggest looking for a much lighter GVWR travel trailer so that can offset the amount of packing weight and passengers you will have. You really haven't even explored payload weight of the tow vehicle, completely separate from max tow weight, which is going to trump the max tow weight issue of the tow vehicle in question.
Sacrifices you may need to consider:
Much lower GVWR and smaller trailer
Two vehicles for RVing
Severely limiting packed items loading into TT with 8 campers to help reduce over all loaded weight.
