That spreadsheet looks great! Except i'm confused about your hitch weight value. I think it's light still. My trailer is pretty close to the ones you are looking and had similar published weights, but by actual hitch weight is more like 1500 pounds with water, and close to 1800 pounds when I have the front wardrobe and front bed storage fully loaded.
