Mine is a 2014 creekside KQBS (or QKBS?). I don't have the specs handy since I'm on my phone but they were pretty close to the Jaycos. My yellow sticker on the trailer shows just under 2,000 pounds of payload, but it also carries 850 pounds of water! But, it means the trailer also came with over 1,000 pounds of "options". It's actually not hard for me to max out the trailer or go a little over its 12,000 GVWR (but still under axle ratings) since I travel with full water. It usually dry camp, and it ties better with full water anyways. It just feels more stable, which makes sense since that 850 pounds of water is nearly at the axles (a little forward though).
