I purchased a 2015 F350 Dually a week ago to replace a Silverado 2500...long story. I will say, this is the very first Ford I have ever owned and with a truck this size, one cannot whine about ride quality, oh, and I am quite pleased with it so far. It is a truck!! I can only imagine that if they softened up the ride to make it "comfortable", then people would be complaining that airbags are a necessity because the suspension is bottoming out...cannot please everyone.

The video mentioned hydraulic cab mounts. How would adding those make the suspension bottom out? Also, Fords are already notorious for sagging more under a load so it appears it's as soft as it will get without suspension design changes. Trucks "that size" need not ride like a lumber wagon.
