What to do about a useless limited slip rear end?

My 2001 ¾ ton Dodge has a limited slip rear end and is about useless ever since I got in in 2005. It now has 77,000 miles on it and works great, except for traction and A/C. I get stuck pulling ...

How do you know your Dodge is supposed to have a limited slip? The "Dana" on the cover is the brand, it may or may not be a limited slip.

When you get stuck do both wheels spin or just one?
