What to do about a useless limited slip rear end?

My 2001 ¾ ton Dodge has a limited slip rear end and is about useless ever since I got in in 2005. It now has 77,000 miles on it and works great, except for traction and A/C. I get stuck pulling ...

Glove box should tell you if it is a Dana 70, I believe only the manual tranny trucks got Dana 80's.

Yes the sway bar tends to try to keep the axle squared up to the body/frame. Disconnecting it will help even the weight out on the tires left to right.

What are you running as rear tires? And what pressure.
