What to do about a useless limited slip rear end?

My 2001 ¾ ton Dodge has a limited slip rear end and is about useless ever since I got in in 2005. It now has 77,000 miles on it and works great, except for traction and A/C. I get stuck pulling ...

This works. Poor mans limited slip. Old jeeps didn't have ls diffs. I learned how to feather brakes and gas with one foot. Some jeepers added a hand throttle.
