What to do about a useless limited slip rear end?

My 2001 ¾ ton Dodge has a limited slip rear end and is about useless ever since I got in in 2005. It now has 77,000 miles on it and works great, except for traction and A/C. I get stuck pulling ...

Lockers aren't that bad and they work pretty good. All third gen and newer HD Rams have had them since 03.
Mine works great and isn't obnoxious though it does sometimes chirp a bit around tight corners. Doesn't bother me though.
