Someone may ask what do we do with the mattress in the winter when there's snow on the ground? Simple, we bring it in and put it on one of the extra beds. Throw throw the bed spread over it and ... poof! Forgotten until next spring. Oh yea, it does make the bed really high, but when we've had guests, they get a really big kick out climbing in an out of the 'tall' bed! And the smaller-younger those guests are, the more fun it gets ...
That's another idea. Since it's not a comfortable mattress, put it between the box spring and the top mattress. Make for a really tall bed, and quite a lot of fun for guests!
