That new a trailer: axles/bearings, brakes (& backing plates). You should be OK with your tires (& spare), lights (& wiring), general TT roadworthy condition.
That new a Suburban: WD bars/hitch, tires, general maintenance (all fluids). Warranty?
Tools: Electric drill and socket to fit the levelers (scissor type), long water/sewer hoses, gorilla tape, 3 step ladder.
Look at some of the RV club web sites...Good Sam, FMCA, etc. They have a supplies list for long distance/long time camping.
