A suggestion to look at: check out some U.S dealers online in Winsconsin/Michigan area. We bought our TT online from Terrytown RV , had it towed to Montana, and imported ourselves into Alberta. Saved about $3500 CDN. Canadian RV dealers aren't hurting , at the moment, and keep their prices high. On the downside , the Canadian dollar is not a high as last year.
I looked on line and got a quote from a US dealer ( RV direct) with all the options on the Jayco here and their price today was $24,500 with a $450 fee for Canada residents for paper work. The Dollar is at .91 and the exchange rate will be .89 cents adding 11% to the cost which is $2695 bring the total cost to $27645....before taxes. Then to get it towed here makes it more money then the one I could buy here.
I can buy the Jayco here today for $28000 plus tax as I was just there, I put a 24 hour hold on it while I look around a little.
I have been looking since June of last year for a trailer...I love the layout.
