Ram half tons have the lowest for the same equipment. But that doesn't mean it may not be enough for your needs.
As you test drive, note what each has for payload as equipped to about the trim/options you want by locating this sticker on the driver's door or post. Note what they each have where mine says 2051:
Whatever brand you pick, get the most powerful engine available and shortest axle ratio available along with the OEM heavy duty towing package. Not getting a few key options new can cost you a lot more to add/change later, like gears and the towing package for $500 vs. $3000 later.
Do not just buy any Ecoboost F-150 or Hemi Ram. They do not all tow 10k+ pounds, and specifically not 10k RVs, or even 7500 pounds ones.
