That is a frustrating experience.
The first thing I would do, if I wasn't knowledgeable about my RV's electrical systems is find out how they work. Some folks are not inclined to learn about these things and they will be at the whim of others to take care of them. Find out which group you're in and outfit your travels accordingly.
Since no one in this Forum group are privy to your exact circumstances, any online diagnosis has a range of error. Questions I would be asking are: Was the shore power cord connected with the pedestal and trailer main breaker off? Were a large number of devices like AC's, water heaters, converter, etc. turned on when first powered? Some AC units have a delay built in, did you wait a number of minutes for the AC to cycle? Does your thermostat have 12 V present and is it switched correctly?? Have you cycled the AC breaker--off--on? Do you own any electrical measuring device like a hand held meter to measure the voltage present at the pedestal and in your RV? Are you able to power the RV and it's airconditioner at another source (like your garage)? Has the battery been connected and left without charge since September? Is your converter functional? I have more questions but I think you get the idea, there are a lot of reasons why your AC was not functional.
I think you already know that the Mfg or the dealer is not going to reimburse you for your travel and personal expenses.
