I expect when I have something new, even something put together as flimsily as an RV, that either items on it will work or that during my warranty the manufacturer will do everything they can to make me happy. How long did you wait. My Coleman AC in my Lance took 3'minutes after turning on before the compressor started. That seemed an eternity on a hot day. My Dometic fires the compressor immediately.
