Correct.......but still does not get said dealer out of the worthless POS scheister category, especially so if no sales order was signed.
Look at the bright side.....you now know to stay away from that douchebag of a dealer.
Now lets defend the poor dealer who will probably file for bankruptcy or in the least will need to layoff half the sales and service departments and pull Aunt Penny kicking and screaming out of the nursing home, brother can ya spare a dime?
