Now lets defend the poor dealer who will probably file for bankruptcy or at the least will need to layoff half the sales and service departments, brother can ya spare a dime?
The "poor dealer" was right in this case. An agreement was reached and then reneged on. How would we react if the shoe was on the other foot and the dealer tried to change things up after agreeing? I think I know the answer.
But I think the dealer should have eaten the cost simply as a good business practice. If the seal was real bad most buyers would notice it anyway.
