I think the dealer should refund the 125 as well. First, it didn’t cost them that much to replace the seal. Second, they just made a repair that most buyers would request anyway. I’m not sure why you would have to eat the cost of repairing their car.
I would write the review, but be very honest why it is a negative review. I wouldn’t want to buy from a dealer like that as well, and would appreciate someone giving a heads up about this type of thing. For folks like those on the forum who say the dealer is in the right, they could read the review and make up their own mind.
Be sure to state in the review that it was you that reneged on the deal and not the dealer.
