Freud's definition of insanity is defined by doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting a different result. You've got the patience of Job, as my confidence in the 6.0 is shattered just hearing about it. You could step back a year or two for the reliable 7.3 (transmission not withstanding) or move forward a few years to the Duramax LBZ. I'd be willing to entertain either one over the experiences you've had with the 6.0.
