ICP sensor.. have them check it, they tend to leak and cause the problem you mentioned. My old truck did the same thing.
I loved my 6.0 but I deleted the EGR and installed headstuds.
I just sold it and purchased a Ram 3500 Mega. As soon as my wallet recovers the EGR and DPF are gone.
