I'd get the dealer to install a Prodigy brake controller. It should be a simple plug in and installation of the mount with a screw or two. They should throw in the installation with the cost of the controller and TT.
As for sway control, you can try a friction type:

I don't know if you'll need a full blown WDH for a TT that light.
