Personally I would have a specialty shop that works with hitches all the time do the work. Hopefully there are those types of outfits around in your area but as a first choice that is who I would have do my work.
Now, your total cost can be quite high to get setup for towing. Think at a minimum $800-1000 if you need a receiver + wiring installed as well as a transmission cooler and brake controller. Then of course you're going to need an actual hitch - normally I don't think you would need a WDH setup for a 19 foot trailer but then you have a very small pickup with very very limited tongue weight capacities. I WOULD get the WDH. You can get a reasonably priced WDH online at eTrailer.com for around $300 dollars. Are you going to setup it up though? It comes with instructions but if you're like me and don't have the time or want to mess with it much then you'll be looking at another $100 or so to have someone else install it and make sure it's setup correctly.
I would really consider what others have already mentioned and think about replacing the Frontier with a more suitable TV. NOT because of weight or other limitations but in my opinion I don’t think you will like the way it tows at all. I used to have a Nissan Frontier back in 2008 with the 4.0L V6 and I hated using that pickup to tow my 16' Smokercraft aluminum boat which only weighed in at 2000lbs. FWIW only - not being the weight police here or saying it couldn't handle the trailer. I just think that it would be really depressing to spend $1000-1300 dollars or so for a towing setup to find out that you hate the way it tows your new trailer. Then what happens is you go and replace the TV to a larger more towing efficient 1/2ton pickup and then realize you want a larger trailer now because you can tow more! It happens / happened to a lot of people on here myself included.
