So the OP asks a question about the cost of installing some components and every jumps on him about whether or not the TV is appropriate. That trailer he's going to tow has a GVWR of 3500#, he's not towing long distance, or in mountains. Next thing someone will try and convince him he needs a 3/4 ton PU to tow that little trailer. :S
So none of this stuff is particularly hard to install. Personally I cringe at the notion of paying someone $1k+ to do what I can do myself. If you aren't comfortable with DIY, find a friend who's handy and see how much you can do on your own. And if you do run into a problem on the road, you'll have more knowledge about how things work and where to troubleshoot issues, particularly in the lighting/brake controller wiring.
