Hi Wagonqueen,
Great progress so far! Getting inside is a big success.
I would sketch out the interior of the camper and start placing 110vac outlets and 12 volt lights, switches, coax cable outlets etc where you think they will work best.
"Bestconverters" has some nice units to pick through. A 30 amp converter will work great ( I went with the WFCO WF-8735 30 amp) they give you a (5) breaker capacity for 110 VAC and (5-6) 12 volt circuits
It's light weight and a small footprint to mount.
For 12 volt wiring, I used low voltage landscape wire...heavy duty and readily available at home stores. You'll need a couple hundred feet to route everything.
Also, if your putting in a roof airconditioner, wire to it with 12 ga romex and a 20 amp breaker.
Good luck finishing...you'll love it.
