Wagonqueen,
I mounted my switch (standard 115 VAC switch, like your house. Works with 12 volt DC...) to the face of the cabinet under the sink area. I have 3 side by side for lights and the water pump.
I leave the pump on if using the sinks/shower. The pump has a pressure switch that will shut it off. Once I'm done using the water, I can then shut the pump off at the switch.
Just my way of dealing with one switch....
What are you guys using for the interior paneling??
Dave
